为迎接这一“举世瞩目”的音乐盛典，今日，我校专题召开了 “榜中榜”歌手大赛浦东赛区筹备工作动员会议。一场属于全浦东、全上海乃至全球华语音乐爱好者的青春盛宴，已进入倒计时！

02 Full Preparation: A "High-Level" Planning Meeting

This afternoon, the school's special working group held its inaugural preparatory meeting. School leaders, representatives from the Art Teaching and Research Section, Student Affairs Office, Logistics Support Division, and student volunteers gathered to deploy competition zone operations with the goal of "zero errors, high standards, and a human touch."

会议核心亮点：

- 组织架构再升级：成立“一场六组”（赛务指挥部、导演组、评委联络组、选手服务组、宣传组、后勤保障组），责任到人。

- Schedule finalized: Auditions, semi-finals, and Pudong finals timeline released to ensure seamless alignment with the national competition rhythm.

- 舞台硬核保障：校内艺术中心将改造为专业级竞演场地，灯光、音响、录制设备按演唱会标准配置。

- 师生全员动员：从校园歌手到音乐社团，从主持、志愿者到摄影团队，全员投入服务与参演。

School leaders emphasized during the meeting:
