为打破课堂学习的边界，拓宽美术学子的艺术眼界，树立严谨的治学态度与艺术追求，2026年5月22日下午，我校成才综合高中美术生走进上海第二工业大学劳模学院、艺术与设计学院本科生、研究生毕业设计展厅，开展线下研学参观活动。本次研学特邀二工大劳模学院蔡翔副院长亲自接待讲解，同学们先后参观了包起帆劳模纪念馆与高校本硕毕业艺术设计作品展，让同学们在行走中感悟匠心，在观摩中提升对未来发展的认知。

研学第一站，同学们走进包起帆劳模纪念馆，沉浸式体悟劳模精神与工匠精神。作为上海第二工业大学杰出校友、享誉全国的“抓斗大王”，包起帆深耕行业数十年，以坚守诠释担当，以创新突破局限，用日复一日的钻研与精益求精的态度，铸就不凡成就。

在蔡院长的生动讲解下，同学们认真了解劳模的奋斗历程、创新成果与先进事迹，细细品读每一件展品背后的坚守与初心。艺术创作贵在专注、贵在坚持、贵在创新，劳模精益求精、潜心深耕的品质，与美术学习的内核不谋而合，为在场每一位美术学子带来了深刻的精神启迪。

Following the Red Craftsmanship Study Tour, students moved to the School of Art and Design's graduation exhibition hall for an immersive viewing of Shanghai Polytechnic University's undergraduate and graduate thesis projects. The exhibition featured a diverse range of works spanning product interaction, film and animation, digital media art, visual communication, environmental design, product design, and industrial design, comprehensively showcasing the teaching achievements of university art and design programs and the creative energy of young scholars.

Associate Professor Yan Bo, a graduate supervisor at the School of Art and Design, provided students with an in-depth analysis of outstanding works, covering creative concepts, composition logic, color application, and technical execution. He also shared insights into the university art curriculum, creative directions, and key strategies for art entrance exams.

Thanks to the coordination and thoughtful organization by Professor Yan Bo, students had the opportunity to closely engage with high-level art and design works. This experience encouraged them to break free from traditional painting mindsets and truly appreciate the depth and allure of art and design. Through attentive listening, careful observation, and active questioning, students clearly identified gaps in their current painting skills and developed a more concrete plan for their future design studies, college entrance exam goals, and professional development in university. The vibrant artistic atmosphere of the institution significantly fueled their creative passion and drive for progress.

This educational trip to Shanghai Polytechnic University was both a spiritual refinement and professional empowerment. Students drew inspiration for craftsmanship from the Model Workers Memorial Hall and creative ideas from the Art & Design Exhibition, gaining valuable insights from this dual-focus learning experience.

We hope that students from Xingwang Comprehensive High School's Art College Entrance Exam program will internalize the insights gained from this study tour and apply them in practice. Taking model workers as role models, let us stay true to our original aspirations with craftsmanship, diligently deepen our professional expertise, and carefully refine our artistic skills. Steadily advance on the journey of pursuing art and march confidently toward a brilliant future!
